Resident Advisory Board
In order to ensure effective communications and input from residents HHR will have a Resident Advisory Board (RAB). This board will meet monthly to discuss issues of concern to residents of HHR facilities. The RAB will include two representatives from the Navy, two representatives from HHR and three residents. The RAB will have no official authority but will be an important venue for consideration of policy changes and other resident concerns.
